Lane Loop sweater is a sweater designed in a loose silhouette with raglan sleeves, panels in rib stitch and a neat decrease sequence along the front and sleeves.

Here we work Lane Loop sweater in one strand of shetland wool Önling together with a strand of silk mohair for a rustic, durable yet light result.

The kit contains: Yarn for the selected size and color.

The sweater has a positive ease of approx. 20-25 cm / approximately 8-10 inches, meaning you should choose a size that is 20-25 cm / approximately 8-10 inches larger than your bust circumference.

You work with two strands held together 

Suggested needles:
Circular needles 4 mm (US 6) (40, 60 and/or 80/100 cm / 15, 23 and/or 31/39 inches)
Circular needles 3,5 mm (US 4) (40 and/or 80/100 cm  / 15 and/or 31/39 inches)
Double pointed needles 3,5 mm (US 4) unless using the Magic Loop method.

Gauge:
20 sts x 28 rows in stockinette stitch on needles 4 mm (US 6) = 10 x 10 cm / 3.9 x 3.9 inches after wash and blocking.

Knitting process:
The sweater is knitted top down. First, the neckband is knitted, followed by short rows to form the neckline. Then, the yoke is knitted in the round with raglan increases, featuring panels in rib stitch on the sleeves. The body is worked in the round with both decreases and increases along the rib stitch panels, allowing the panels to move forward on the front. The bottom of the back features short rows to lengthen the back. The sleeves are worked in the round and concluded with a neat decrease sequence and ribbed hems.
